Job Overview:

Workday Integration Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and maintain integrations between

  Workday HCM

  and:

• SAP ERP systems

  (HR/Finance/Payroll)

• IAM solutions

  (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint)

• Banking and financial systems

  (e.g., for payroll files, ACH, BAI2)

• Benefits platforms

  (e.g., ADP, Fidelity, Alight, Mercer)
• Collaborate with onshore teams (HR, IT, Finance, Payroll) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Develop and support integrations using

  Workday Studio

  ,

  EIB

  ,

  Core Connectors

  ,

  XSLT

  ,

  Web Services (SOAP/REST)

  , and

  SFTP

  .
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and resolve errors within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain documentation including integration specifications, technical designs, and process flows.
• Participate in Workday release testing and regression cycles to ensure ongoing integration stability.
• Adhere to global security, compliance, and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
• Work within an Agile/Scrum framework and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of total IT/HRIS experience

  , with at least

  6 years in Workday integrations

  .
• Proven expertise in:

• Workday Studio

• EIB (Inbound/Outbound)

• Core Connectors (Worker, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)

• XSLT, XML, JSON, Web Services

• File-based integrations (SFTP, CSV, BAI, ACH, etc.)

• Strong background in integrating with:

• SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, or SAP Payroll)

• IAM platforms

  (user provisioning, role synchronization)

• Banking/payment systems

• Benefit enrollment platforms and third-party providers

• Experience supporting or working in

  a follow-the-sun or global delivery model

  .
• Familiarity with

  change control

  ,

  versioning

  , and

  ticketing systems

  (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to document and present solutions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday Integration certification (Studio, Core Connectors, or Generalist) strongly preferred.
• Experience with

  middleware platforms

  (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.) is a plus.
• Background in

  banking, insurance, healthcare

  , or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  Workday Extend

  ,

  Workday Prism

  , or

  Security

  configurations is advantageous.

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Remote/offshore role supporting

  US/EMEA business hours

  (minimum 4-hour overlap required).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Willingness to occasionally support critical go-lives or production issues during non-standard hours.
