Sr.Wiremen

A Senior Wireman with an ITI Electrical certification is an experienced electrician responsible for installing, wiring, and maintaining complex electrical systems, especially control panels and industrial equipment, by interpreting blueprints and schematics. Key duties include electrical troubleshooting, repairs, component assembly, and ensuring safety and code compliance, with senior roles potentially involving leading and mentoring junior electricians. Key Responsibilities

• System Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems in various settings.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to correctly mount and wire components and panels.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues within electrical systems and components using various hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.
• Component Management: Mount electrical and electronic components, such as motors, VFDs, PLCs, MCBs, and contactors, following drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Panel Wiring: Perform individual and collective wiring of electrical and control panels according to technical specifications.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Mentorship: In senior roles, guide and train junior electricians and apprentices, transferring knowledge about problem diagnosis and defect fixing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: An ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electrical or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a wireman or electrician, often with several years in manufacturing or industrial units for senior positions.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring configurations, power and control panels, and various electrical/electronic components.
• Blueprint Reading: The ability to interpret and follow technical diagrams and schematics.
• Tools and Equipment: Familiarity with using various electrical tools, power tools, and testing devices.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix electrical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other professionals and team members.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
