? Collaborate with copywriters and creative leads during ideation
Cross-Format Design Craft
? Deliver high-quality designs across static, print, social, outdoor, decks, and brand collateral
? Design for digital-first formats: carousels, banners, web assets, reels
? Maintain brand consistency while infusing freshness and visual sharpness
Quality Control & Creative Hygiene
? Uphold high standards in typography, spacing, layout, and alignment
? Ensure accuracy and completeness in all deliverables
? Maintain clean file structures and systematic asset handovers for internal and external use
Tool Mastery & Workflow Innovation
? Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools proficientlyPhotoshop & Illustrator are a must
? Bonus: knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or any basic motion skills
? Stay updated on AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or others that improve speed and ideation
? Leverage tech to streamline workflows, explore new treatments, or build creative prototypes
