Job Description

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and customer retention. Understand clients' needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring all steps are completed effectively. Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and meet sales goals. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies and messaging. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and pricing to effectively sell solutions. Track and report sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes to the sales manager or leadership team. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client feedback and sales interactions.
