Position: Python + AI Developer We're on the lookout for a passionate Python + AI Developer who is excited about building innovative AI solutions. If you have strong hands-on Python skills, experience in developing cross-platform software, and a keen interest in AI, cloud platforms, and security, we think you'll be a perfect fit! Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a cutting-edge platform that drives the future of the AI Agent stack. Contribute to the innovation of the next-generation AI Agent stack by leveraging open-source technologies such as LangChain. Drive outcomes from customer needs to customer value in production. Ensure product security by following and reacting to CVE findings using tools such as GitHub security scanner, Black Duck, and common virus scanning tools. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our products. Qualifications: Education: BE/BTech in any branch from IIT, NIT, BITS, VJTI, COEP, or other top institutes in India. Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills: Proven track record of developing cross-platform software. Hands-on expertise in Python coding. Understanding of software deployment and distribution systems (e.g., npm, Homebrew, Chocolatey, CI/CD systems, PyPI, Conda). Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of software security practices and tools. Good to Have Skills: Experience building AI agents. Familiarity with React and TypeScript (bonus). Knowledge of security, governance, and enterprise compliance. Experience developing and deploying for the Windows platform. Passion for creating a good developer experience and documentation. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate well in a distributed team.
