Role & responsibilities

Salary upto 80 LPA , Experience upto 25 Yrs

1. The job requires interaction with Indian Auto OEM customers, Tier-1 companies, Government Departments for New RFQs and Expansions

2. Also the job requires interaction with different manufacturers of Auto parts of Indian companies for expanding the after market product lines.

3. The job requires interaction with many different organisations for various contexts - Joint Venture, Technology Agreements, Purchase of machineries, Customer engagement etc.,

(1)Arrive a road map for business expansion considering the market / industry potential and opportunities for us to grow to achieve the LTS objectives

2) Strategies profitable growth opportunities with existing and new customers by building long term relationships and gain customer confidence

3) Validation of new RFQs responses in terms of techno commercial feasibility of new products by value engineering for existing/new customers to win new projects.

4) Identification of processes and enhance, build new capabilities by inducting new process, equipment, layout, system in order to retain and realise business opportunities.

5) To evaluate exports business opportunities wherever needed by interacting with industry experts / analysis of key customer data and arrive at opportunities working with international purchasing officers (IPO) for localisation.

6) Formulate product and brand strategies through customer insight

7) Generate revenues by increasing brand share and profitability.

8) Evolve a business development plan to identify future businesses, technological up gradation, customer needs and expectations, evolving capability. technology and people development plan.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 15-20 years experience in automobile/ auto anxillary/ sheet metal companies, having experience in Engineering & costing, managing 360 degree expectations, business acumen planning the technical capabilities, Project Management and Solution building for customers.
