Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Eastern & North Eastern India. Knowledge of PAN India would be added advantage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decorators, event based companies.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the garments, plastic chairs, flooring and decoration sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage a wide geographical area.
  • Proven previous sales track record in achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
