Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1) Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories.
Conduct market research, bench marking, and cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.
Manage RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, bid comparison, negotiation, and award process.
Create long-term procurement plans aligned with business needs and budgetary constraints.

2) Vendor Management

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
Conduct supplier performance reviews based on KPIs: cost, quality, delivery, service level, and compliance.
Establish supplier agreements, including SLA and contract terms, ensuring risk mitigation.

Contract & Cost Management

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contract terms, and commercial conditions to ensure maximum value for the organization.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and track procurement KPIs such as cost avoidance, cost reduction, and process efficiency improvements.
Ensure contract renewals, compliance with legal requirements, and adherence to procurement policies.

Preferred candidate profile
