Job Description

1. Responsible for lead production planning and Control department for specific products

2. Prepare & finalize monthly production plan for specified products as per orders on hands.

3. Attend daily sales/DWM for related products

4. Monitor critical orders, high value orders and export orders separately for specific products

5. Ensure on-time release of pumps by daily discussing with the team.

6. Daily coordination with Machining/Purchase/Assembly for Clerance of material

7. Maintain minimum backlog & COGI

8. Provide support for new development in products.

9. Ensure release/Feedback of pump sets as per daily TAKT.

10. Ensure replies to enquires and urgencies from PCM

11. Prepare & Update Delay Analysis. Suggest action for improvement
