Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Business Executive, Assistant Branch Manager for a full time, on-site role based in Theni. The Sr. Business Executive will oversee daily branch operations, develop and implement business strategies, manage and guide the team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include customer acquisition, client relationship management, and performance tracking. Additionally, the Executive will be involved in credit assessment and risk management.

• Skills in developing and implementing business strategies
• Proficiency in customer acquisition, client relationship management
• Strong ability to conduct credit assessments and manage risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
