Sr./Business Analyst - Project Management Team

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst in the Project Management team, your role will involve representing stakeholders and translating business needs and technical issues. You will be responsible for scoping the system, eliciting project requirements, especially the business requirements, and writing them in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you will manage the project requirements, create and maintain analysis or domain models for the requirements, and ensure that project designs conform to the requirements. Your day-to-day activities will include working with the testing team to ensure that tests adequately cover the requirements and running User Acceptance tests. Post-delivery support till the stability will also be a part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Represent stakeholders and translate business needs and technical issues. - Scope the system and elicit project requirements, especially the business requirements. - Write project requirements in a clear, concise manner. - Manage the project requirements and lead requirement reviews. - Create and maintain analysis or domain models for the requirements. - Act as a communication broker between project designers and architects. - Work with the testing team to ensure test coverage of requirements. - Run User Acceptance tests. - Provide post-delivery support until stability is achieved. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field. - Experience of 1-3 years in a B2B product-based organization. - Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent listening skills. - Technical skills to understand client requirements and develop technical solutions. - Ability to work independently or in a group, and to be a leader or follower as needed. - Self-starter and tenacious individual willing to take new initiatives. - Passion for disruptive and new-gen technologies and their implementation.
