Sr.Area Sales Manager Aluminium Doors & Windows Sales & Marketing

Senior Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Aluminium doors & windows sales

    in the assigned area, providing operational support as needed.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    consistently.
  • Identify and engage direct clients

    , leveraging strong project sales experience to meet with Architects, Builders, and Contractors for lead generation and business development.
  • Cultivate healthy relationships

    with new and existing project partners, encouraging product recommendations to their clients.
  • Finalize orders

    by delivering exceptional sales experiences.
  • Address client queries

    and provide comprehensive technical and non-technical explanations about their projects.
  • Participate in regular company training sessions

    to deepen understanding of product technical aspects.
  • Strategize and develop new business opportunities

    within the assigned territory.
  • Drive both Retail & Project Sales

    to maximize market penetration.
  • Assist operations

    with sales order processing and payment follow-ups.
  • Manage key accounts

    to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Implement all promotional activities

    effectively.
  • Plan and achieve assigned sales and collection targets

    .

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience

    in Sales & Marketing, specifically with Aluminium doors & windows.
  • Qualification:

    MBA in Marketing or any Graduate degree.
  • Result-oriented

    on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Presentable and fluent

    in English and the local language.
  • Experience in visiting Project Sales & Private Sectors

    is essential.
  • Proactive approach

    and self-driven.
  • Strong market knowledge

    of the particular zone.
