Job Description

Sr.Area Sales Manager Aluminium Doors & Windows Sales & Marketing

Senior Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Aluminium doors & windows sales
in the assigned area, providing operational support as needed.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
consistently.
Identify and engage direct clients
, leveraging strong project sales experience to meet with Architects, Builders, and Contractors for lead generation and business development.
Cultivate healthy relationships
with new and existing project partners, encouraging product recommendations to their clients.
Finalize orders
by delivering exceptional sales experiences.
Address client queries
and provide comprehensive technical and non-technical explanations about their projects.
Participate in regular company training sessions
to deepen understanding of product technical aspects.
Strategize and develop new business opportunities
within the assigned territory.
Drive both Retail & Project Sales
to maximize market penetration.
Assist operations
with sales order processing and payment follow-ups.
Manage key accounts
to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.
Implement all promotional activities
effectively.
Plan and achieve assigned sales and collection targets
.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience
in Sales & Marketing, specifically with Aluminium doors & windows.
Qualification:
MBA in Marketing or any Graduate degree.
Result-oriented
on a daily and monthly basis.
Presentable and fluent
in English and the local language.
Experience in visiting Project Sales & Private Sectors
is essential.
Proactive approach
and self-driven.
Strong market knowledge
of the particular zone.
