Attributes / Skill Requirements

Experience in managing key accounts end to end: from briefing, proposals, project operations, project delivery, feedback and relationship building
Strong exposure to working with global B2B brands OR openness to applying client servicing skills and experience to B2B brands
Self-motivated, disciplined and thorough follow through
Client-focussed proactive solutioning and problem-solving
On-time and error-free project deliveries
Quick and effective communications - professional written and interpersonal
Strong team player with great collaboration skills
Embraces newer tools to enhance work efficiencies
Good at multitasking, task tracking and managing juniors
Thorough research, and contextually relevant, information-led, confident pitch presentations
Has already worked on or is keen to work on the end to end project lifecycle: brief, pitch, project facilitation, reviews, meetings, feedback capture and dissemination, learning and improving processes
