As a Senior Visualiser at HOTCULT, you will be instrumental in shaping the brand narrative and creating high-impact visual content to engage with the target audience effectively. Your creative skills and leadership abilities will drive the design strategy forward. - Interpreting creative briefs and generating original design concepts that align with business objectives and captivate the audience. - Utilizing proficiency in Adobe Suite and AI-based design tools like Midjourney, Canva, and Adobe Firefly to produce top-quality digital and print designs. - Demonstrating specialized design skills such as creating high-quality compositions, color grading, and illustrations to enhance the overall design quality. - Maintaining precision in all design work, focusing on alignment, typography, and flawless visuals. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and content, to ensure cohesive design strategies that support business goals. - Leading and mentoring junior designers to foster their growth and uphold high design standards. - Managing multiple design projects concurrently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in any South Indian languages. - Experience with AI design tools like Midjourney, Canva, or Firefly.
