As a Senior UX Researcher at ConnectWise, you will leverage your expertise in various research methodologies to uncover profound user insights and influence design decisions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead complex research projects that align with current and future business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to Product Management teams with a keen attention to detail - Conduct research, analyze findings, and document results - Lead and oversee user research initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams - Plan and execute comprehensive research studies, from design to analysis and reporting - Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to drive impactful design decisions - Synthesize and analyze research findings to inform product strategy and design improvements - Mentor and coach junior researchers on research methodologies and data analysis techniques - Advocate for user-centered design and research within the organization - Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in UX research methodologies - Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations Requirements: - Ability to independently manage large projects with limited supervision - Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills - Knowledge of UX research methodologies, data analysis tools, and design principles - Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills - Proficiency in using UX Research software tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 5+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred - Experience in conducting user research studies is a plus Working Conditions: - Hybrid work setup depending on location (Pune/ Mumbai/ Bangalore) ConnectWise values diversity, inclusivity, and innovation.
