• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills - US Staffing Industry is a

  MUST HAVE SKILL

• Experience hiring Full-time / Lateral and W2 candidates is a MUST HAVE SKILL.
• Hiring candidates through portals is a

  MUST HAVE SKILL

  (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc..)
• Experience hiring Full-time / Lateral and W2 candidates for SI's / Implementation Partners (Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Randstad, Genpact etc....) M

  UST HAVE SKILL

• Experience in hiring and recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
