Sr. UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Design Lead at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the design team by guiding, coaching, and providing feedback to other UI/UX designers. - Develop and implement design strategy by creating and executing design strategies that align with business objectives. - Conduct user research and testing to oversee user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and feedback. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment. - Create and oversee design deliverables to ensure the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Ensure design consistency by maintaining consistency in visual elements, branding, and user experience across all platforms. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. - Present design concepts by effectively communicating design ideas and solutions to stakeholders. - Optimize designs by driving product improvements based on user feedback, data analysis, and analytics. - Establish design systems by helping create and maintain style guides and design systems. As for qualifications required, we are looking for someone with experience in UI/UX design, strong leadership skills, proficiency in design tools, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
