Sr. UI/UX Designer

As a seasoned UI/UX Architect/Designer at Transnational AI, your role will be crucial in leading the design vision and user experience strategy for real-time, AI-powered SaaS platforms. You will be responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end UX architecture, creating comprehensive design systems, and ensuring design consistency across web and mobile platforms. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams and your expertise in architecting UX patterns for real-time applications will play a key role in optimizing interfaces for performance and responsiveness. **Responsibilities:** - Define and drive the end-to-end UX architecture for large-scale SaaS and CRM platforms. - Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides for consistency. - Translate product vision into intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Data Scientists. - Architect UX patterns for real-time applications like dashboards and alerts. - Optimize interfaces for performance and responsiveness. - Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing. - Integrate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets. **Qualifications:** - Experience: 10+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 5 years in an architect or leadership role. - Domain Expertise: Strong portfolio in real-time web applications, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and enterprise applications. - Tools & Frameworks: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular), and prototyping tools. - Design Systems: Proven ability to design and scale component libraries and systems for reuse. - Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and Design Thinking practices. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. As a preferred skill, experience with AI/ML-enabled user experiences or data-driven design would be beneficial in this role at Transnational AI.,
