As a Switchgear & Wiring Accessories Senior Territory Manager at Orient Electric, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's Sales & Marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. Your responsibility includes establishing Orient as the leading brand in the category within your defined territory. Key Responsibilities: - Develop productive relationships with dealers/distributors and create mutually beneficial business plans. - Act as a liaison between the company and current/future markets. - Expand the Retail sales network by achieving retailer expansion targets through appointing new retailers/dealers and distributors. - Conduct regular retail activities and promotional activities in the retail market, including IB Calls to create a future prospect funnel. - Ensure market mapping and track competition information like pricing, schemes, and new product launches. - Maintain product displays and merchandise displays in retail outlets. - Achieve sales targets by meeting area business targets such as Primary Secondary Sales & Collection. - Submit balance confirmation from trade partners after each quarter. - Execute Promotional Schemes such as promos and launches. - Record sales and order information, reporting to the sales department. - Provide monthly Sales MIS and channel claims. - Ensure compliance with Orient Electric trade policies. - Monitor stock movement and status of all stock. - Conduct product trainings for electricians, channel sales staff, and Business influencers. - Generate leads through site visits and drive tertiary sales from stores. - Settle defective products with channel partners monthly. - Encourage channel partners to adopt DMS and digital initiatives for enhanced business productivity.
