Sr. Travel Operations Executive

We’re hiring a Travel Executive / Holiday Consultant to handle destination training, CRM feedback, vendor coordination, and product updates for our travel company Escapenfly.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct destination and product training for the team.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, and vendors for pricing and product updates.
• Handle CRM feedback and maintain post-travel quality reports.
• Update and manage product information, itineraries, and brochures.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new travel team members.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and product teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the travel industry (preferably with a tour operator, DMC, or travel agency).
• Hands-on experience with CRM or booking systems.
• Strong knowledge of destinations (Domestic or International).
• Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about travel, learning new destinations, and improving client experience.
