Sr. Travel Consultant

You should have prior experience in Customer sales and service, including handling customer interactions via Call, Chat, or Emails. It would be beneficial to have working knowledge of GDS systems like Sabre, Amadeus, or Farelogix, although it is not mandatory. Experience working with or for a Global Travel Management company (TMC) or Online Travel Agency (OTA) will be an added advantage. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, should be strong to effectively interact with customers and team members. It is important to understand and adhere to the significance of discipline, punctuality, and protocol in the workplace. You should be flexible with shifts, as the job may require a 24x7 setup.
