1. Tea & Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to employees and guests as per request or schedule. Ensure timely availability of hot beverages during meetings, conferences, and office hours. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of coffee machines, kettles, and dispensers. 2. Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure the pantry area, utensils, and appliances are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Follow hygiene protocols such as wearing gloves, using clean utensils, and covering food items. Dispose of waste properly and ensure regular garbage clearance from the pantry area. Refill and sanitize water dispensers, and check stock of clean glasses/cups. 3. Supporting Hospitality Needs: Welcome and serve refreshments to office guests and clients courteously. Set up meeting rooms with necessary refreshments, water bottles, cups, and napkins. Assist in arranging lunch, snacks, or catering services for meetings and office events. Maintain inventory of pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, disposable cups, etc.) and report replenishment needs timely. 4. General Conduct and Efficiency: Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor at all times. Ensure quick and efficient service without disturbing workspaces or meetings. Coordinate with admin or facilities team for pantry maintenance or repair needs.
