  • Experience : 4-8 Years
  • Job Location : Halol
  • Department : Tool Design (Design Department)
  • Qualification : BE (Mech)

    Nature Of Work

    • Knowledge of Tool design for product manufacturing, preferably Welding and assembly jigs.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes which applies on Sheet metal.
    • Knowledge of welding processes and applicable standards
    • Knowledge of Mechanical Joining processes and applicable standards
    • Knowledge of Surface Treatment processes and applicable standards
    • Knowledge of Product packaging for various mode of transportation
    • Knowledge of CAD software, preferable Solid Edge and AutoCAD
    • Can lead customer communication effectively.


    Job Profile / Responsibility

    • Responsible for status update to NPD in charge
    • Responsible for timely delivery of Engineering Deliverables for Tooling development and validation
    • Lead team of 5 to 6 members
    • Responsible to implementation of tooling for new and existing products for process improvements
    • Responsible for Skill enhancement of subordinates in NPD team
    • Managing and Maintain Team discipline.
    • Responsible for defining packaging and transportation solutions for new products.
    • Responsible for defining internal and external movement equipment for new products.
    • Responsible for technical communication with CFT and Customer related to tooling.
