Sr. Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager at Ecolab in the Institutional division, you will be responsible for managing an established customer territory comprising various sectors such as restaurants, hotels, schools, and long-term care facilities. Your role will involve offering advice on cutting-edge cleaning and sanitation processes to enhance guest experiences and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Expanding sales within your assigned territory through training, regular services, and sales demonstrations to food service and hospitality clients - Engaging in cold-calling and prospecting to acquire new accounts and strengthen the Ecolab brand presence - Formulating bespoke solutions for customers" warewashing systems and providing installation, repair, and maintenance services for equipment - Ensuring operational efficiency at customer facilities and conducting team training sessions Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree - At least one year of external sales experience - Availability for on-call support during off-hours and weekends - Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record - Willingness to undergo pre-employment evaluations such as physical assessments, color vision tests, and drug screenings Ideal candidates will have prior experience in B2B commercial sales and backgrounds in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or pool and spa management. Mechanical problem-solving skills in areas like plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, or general mechanics are advantageous.
