This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Technical Support (XECM) professional located in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, handling customer support requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sr Technical Support professional will analyze problems, identify solutions, and work closely with customers to resolve technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
