As a quick and focused individual, you are expected to submit candidates within 30 minutes to an hour upon receiving a position. Your communication and interpersonal skills should be excellent, and you should have a proven track record of working with state clients. It is crucial to have a strong understanding of identifying and screening genuine candidates while being able to detect fake profiles. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and employers is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in IT disciplines such as BCA, B.Tech in IT, or a related field. Any experience with Engineering positions would be a plus, although not mandatory.,
