Job description Qualifications: 1.5 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically working on IT positions in US Staffing. Quick and focused individual with the ability to submit candidates within 30 minutes to an hour of receiving a position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience working with state clients. Strong understanding of identifying and screening genuine candidates, with the ability to detect fake profiles.
