Sr. Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Manage technical project planning, oversight, and execution for key initiatives within the engineering organization, covering development and cloud operations - Drive projects from design to implementation, including post-implementation monitoring and support - Scale the PMO function by introducing program frameworks, tools, and automation - Identify and escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with product development initiatives - Define clear success criteria and lead the team towards achieving goals - Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and values - Assess and enhance the Scrum Maturity of teams and organizations - Foster a trusting and safe environment for problem-solving and conflict resolution - Facilitate internal and external communication, enhance transparency, and share information effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical/Engineering leader - Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred; MBA is a plus - Previous experience in release planning and management highly desirable - Strong technical skills with excellent organization, prioritization, and communication abilities - Proficiency in planning and managing complex release cycles, including deployments and post-deployment activities - Demonstrated expertise in building scalable frameworks and programs for large engineering initiatives - Hands-on experience in working on complex projects involving various application components and stack layers - Familiarity with SaaS-based projects and cloud-based software - Knowledge of software deployment processes and experience with tools like Jenkins and GitHub - Detailed understanding of Jira workflows and administration setup, hands-on experience preferred - Ability to collaborate effectively in a global team setup across different time zones - Self-starter with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives - Experience in onboarding new acquisitions/teams and leading discussions on transition and workflow streamlining is advantageous (Note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
