Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and participating in various activities as a Senior Technical Marketing Manager at CommScope, focusing on the RUCKUS Networks Technical Marketing team in Bangalore. Your role will involve strategic planning, technical content development, competitive analysis, pre-sales/SE enablement, subject matter expertise, technical evangelism, product launch support, customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and management of the local team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive technical marketing strategies and plans aligned with strategic objectives - Create compelling technical content such as reference architectures, best practice guides, feature notes, and more - Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to highlight differentiators - Collaborate with the SE team to develop SE enablement tools and resources - Act as a subject matter expert on campus networking technologies - Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings - Lead technical marketing aspects of product launches - Engage with customers to understand networking challenges and gather feedback - Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams - Manage and mentor the local TME team in Bangalore - Support POC tests and respond to formal documents like RFI/RFQ/RFP Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience as a technical marketing manager - BS in EE/CS/CE - Strong networking background in Wireless/RF, Switching/Routing, and Secure Access protocols - Expertise in campus networking technologies, Wi-Fi and RF, Switching, NGFW\UTM firewalls, SD-WAN, Cloud networking, Network Analytics, Network security, Network Access Control, Network design, Automation tools, and IoT - Working knowledge of AI/ML, AIOps, scripting languages, and networking test tools - Experience with AI & other LLM tools, technical documentation, technical presentations, and video production - Willingness to travel globally up to 10% of the time - Solid understanding of the sales cycle and ability to communicate effectively with CXO level customers Additional Company Details: The ideal candidate for this role would have network industry-related certifications like CWNA, CCNP, and familiarity with ZTNA, SASE, and SSE solutions.,
