As a Senior Technical Marketing Manager at CommScope's RUCKUS Networks team in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in connecting the world by leading and participating in various activities: - **Strategic Planning:** Develop comprehensive technical marketing strategies and plans aligned with strategic objectives. - **Technical Content Development:** Create compelling technical content like reference architectures, best practice guides, feature notes, and presentations to showcase product features and competitive advantages. - **Competitive Analysis:** Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to demonstrate differentiators from competitors. - **Pre-Sales/SE Enablement:** Develop SE enablement tools and resources to support sales engineering process and revenue growth. - **SME:** Act as a subject matter expert on campus networking technologies, providing guidance to SE teams and customers. - **Technical Evangelism:** Represent the company at industry events, deliver technical presentations, and author technical blogs. - **Product Launch Support:** Lead technical marketing aspects of product launches by developing launch plans and collateral. - **Customer Engagement:** Gather feedback from customers, communicate success stories, and engage with customers to understand networking challenges. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align technical marketing initiatives with business objectives. - **Management of local team:** Lead and mentor the local TME team in Bangalore, ensuring timely project delivery and team development. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience as a technical marketing manager - BS in EE/CS/CE - Strong networking background in Wireless/RF, Switching/Routing, and Network Security - Expertise in various networking technologies, Wi-Fi, NGFW, Cloud networking, IoT, and more - Experience with scripting languages, test tools, AI/ML, AIOps, and technical document creation - Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time - Solid understanding of the sales cycle and ability to communicate with CXO level customers **Desired Certifications:** - Network industry related certifications like CWNA, CCNP - Other OEM Certifications would be valuable By possessing a strong technical background in networking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts, you will excel in this role as a Senior Technical Marketing Manager at CommScope's RUCKUS Networks team.,
