Sr. Technical Manager- Enterprise Monitoring - Infrastructure Services

As a Senior Technical Manager in the Technology Infrastructure Services department at Gurgaon, your role will involve managing the global monitoring service, providing strategic inputs for the Monitoring Strategy, and ensuring incremental improvements in the current platform. You will be responsible for functional management of the global team, people management of the local team, and establishing the function with the right skills required for the Global Monitoring Service. Key Responsibilities: - Functionally responsible for Strategic, Project, and Service Delivery of the monitoring function. - Accountable for the deliveries of the Global Monitoring Service from both strategy and day-to-day operations perspective. - Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure a steady stream of incremental improvements. - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the Global Monitoring team. - Ensure service as per the service management guidelines and SLAs. - Stakeholder management across various Technology and Business teams. - Develop and maintain a good working relationship with senior leadership. - Ensure technical solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with Global Technology Strategic direction. Qualifications Required: - Exceptional domain knowledge on infrastructure, application, and service level monitoring. - Extensive experience in analyzing monitoring requirements, proposing solutions & implementing as per client requirement. - Experience in delivering multi-vendor integrated monitoring solutions. - Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g. HP / CA / BMC suite, Solarwinds). - Knowledge of Application Performance monitoring tools (e.g. CA Wily, Dynatrace). - Familiarity with market-leading tools such as App Dynamics, New Relic, Ruxit, ITRS Geneos. - Experience with log aggregation and analytics tools like Splunk, ELK, or Hadoop. - Ability to define monitoring standards and develop the standard monitoring framework for an organization. - Experience in delivering automation solutions and efficiency improvements. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Attention to detail with a structured, agile, solution-orientated approach to problems. - Good communication, presentation skills, and infrastructure and application knowledge relevant to implement monitoring requirements.,
