Job Description

Position: Sr. Technical Lead Java J2EE Developer

Location: Noida / Delhi NCR (WFH only)

Full time permanent position

Objectives of this role:

Develop, test and maintain high-quality software using Java programming language.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, building, testing and delivering high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
Write clean and reusable code that can be easily maintained and scaled.

Required skills and qualifications:

10-15+ years of experience as a Java Developer
with a strong portfolio of projects.
In-depth understanding of web development using Java Servlets, Hibernate and Spring framework, Microservices and SQL databases
.
Candidate MUST have very strong coding skills.

Proficiency in developing systems that use:

ActiveMQ (good to have),
Oracle DB
.

Experience of building systems on
cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
.
Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with technologies such as Serverless and NoSQL.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
