Job Description

Excellent verbal and written communication
Good experience in handling End user support - VIP users
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2008-2019), Windows 7/8/10, Linux and Mac OS.
Experience with workstation management system and desktop imaging.
Knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
Knowledge of Azure AD
Experience on using ITSM tools such ServiceNow.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge in AV setup for meeting rooms/conference rooms using MS Teams

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
User sensitization and provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Hands-on experience in Hardware, Software, and communication applications viz TEAMS, E-Mail support.
Technically competent in finding quick fixes, workarounds, while delivering exemplary customer service
Team player cooperative and dependable
