Job Summary:

Senior Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of HCL Commerce-based applications.
Architect and build scalable microservices that integrate with HCL Commerce.
Provide hands-on technical leadership to development teams across the SDLC.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability in microservice-based systems.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Manage integration with third-party systems like payment gateways, CRM, ERP, etc.
Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

12+ years
of experience in software development, with
3+ years
in a technical leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience with
HCL Commerce (v9 preferred)
customization, REST APIs, data model, catalog, pricing, order management.
Solid experience in
Microservices Architecture
Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in
Java/J2EE
,
Spring
,
Hibernate
,
JMS
, etc.
Experience with
CI/CD tools
Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.
Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certification in
HCL Commerce
or related technology stack.
Experience with
GraphQL
