Sr Tech Analyst EA Project

Job Purpose

Manage multiple Treasury & Risk solutions especially MUREX, exposure to applications like MUREX, Numerix, etc.

Job profile includes Application life cycle management, ensuring IT deliverables and committed SLAs.

Ensuring on time IT deliverables, responsible for meeting SLAs committed to Business team in Wholesale Banking and Treasury domain.

Evaluation of new tech solutioning to handle capacity growth, enhancements and solutioning while ensuring change and release mgmt processes are followed, documentations are complete as per process.

Job Responsibilities (JR): 6 – 8 Areas

Actionable (4-6)

1.

• Manage enhancements and projects in Treasury and Risk Domain
• Exposure to Treasury solutions viz. MUREX, Numerix, etc.
• Strong knowledge and understanding on interfacing systems and underline technologies
• Handling multiple requirements and project enhancements, along with multiple UAT environment setup
• Robust Solution designing and adoption of technology for automation, telemetry, alerting and observability

Problem Management

• Proactive monitoring system health from Infra and software perspective using available tools
• Manage recurring high impact and critical incidents
• Adoption of tools to identify and convert mundane tasks, services, failed processes and automate them
• Manage security observations arising from Vulnerabilities, AppSec, Baseline, technology obsolescence
• Compliance to laid down Bank IT Policies & Processes, IS Policies, IT strategies & Audit

• Monitoring vendor performance and provide feedback
• Handling solution designing, proposal, and procurement as part of vendor management.
• Exposure to Legal agreements
• Planning of AMC and Other vendor payments

• Participate and contribute to Periodic review meetings with Business and other stakeholders
• Team management, resources alignment, task assignments.
• Review of existing processes & bringing in process improvements whenever and wherever required
• Prepare MIS data & monthly presentations

Audit and Compliance

• Ensure applications are compliant to IT policies, processes and Internal, external, RBI & SoX audit guidelines
• Remediation of application audit observations ensuring hygiene processes are followed to achieve ZERO REPEAT
• Ensure change and release mgmt. processes are followed, Application documentation for projects, changes are completed as per process

Project planning and execution

• Drive end to end planning and execution of technology projects with all stakeholders internal Tech and Digital & Operations
• ALCM – Application Life Cycle Management

Educational Qualifications

Key Skills

B.E / MCA /M.Sc. (CS) with Experience: 8-11 yrs

knowledge about development skills (Java JSP and Servlet, Java Script, Python, Shell Scripting etc.)

• Hands on experience on Unix / RHEL / Windows
• Integration technology understanding viz. Rest, FIX, JSON
• Middleware & Messaging: Weblogic / WAS / IBM MQ / JMS / MS MQ. Containerization and scaling
• Hands on working of database technology (Oracle / MS SQL / No SQL) & Caching Solns.
• Web application lifecycle and architecture
• Problem Solving Skills
• Knowledge about key and certificate management
• Knowledge on Treasury & Risk Solutions.

Experience Required

No. of years of experience- 8-11 yrs of experience

Exposure to banking preferable

Exposure to Treasury & Risk Solutions with Cloud computing - Added Advantage
