About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion PPM modules (such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Planning & Scheduling, Resource Management, and Project Contracts).
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Project Managers, Estimation Engineers, Planning Engineers, Cost Controllers, Billing Engineers, etc.) to gather requirements, define business processes, and map them to Oracle Fusion PPM functionality.
• Design and document business workflows, functional specifications, and system configurations.
• Provide guidance on best practices in project accounting, cost control, billing, and scheduling within the construction/property development context.
• Assist in the integration of in-house developments with Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Support end-to-end project implementations including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal controls.
• Continuously assess business processes and suggest improvements leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• On-site travel is mandatory.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of construction, contracting, or property development project lifecycles.
• Prior exposure to roles such as Planning Engineer, Estimation Engineer, Cost Controller, Billing Engineer, or Scheduler.
• Hands-on experience with project-related functions like budgeting, estimation, cost control, billing, and scheduling.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM modules (preferred) or willingness to learn and specialize.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to map business requirements to system solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Team player with adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
