Job Description

Sr Team Lead-Cloud & Infra Operations roleExperience: 10 to 17 yrsLocation : Pan India , except Mumbai

Implements AWS-native monitoring services (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, VPC Flow Logs) along with Datadog integration to provide end-to-end visibility across Drupal websites and supporting EKS/RDS environments.
Configures log aggregation, health checks, and alerting rules to monitor application performance, SLA adherence (99.99% uptime), and cross-region failover effectiveness.
Develops real-time dashboards for traffic, latency, and error tracking to support proactive operations.
Integrates monitoring insights with incident management workflows, enabling faster detection, triage, and resolution for operations team
Agent deployments for various tools , integrating cloud workloads with any third-party s/w requirements
