Role Description

The Sr. Team Building Associate will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, facilitating team activities, and ensuring optimal team performance to achieve organizational goals. This full-time, on-site position in New Delhi involves designing and implementing team-building strategies, organizing training programs to improve interpersonal and professional skills, mentoring team members, and measuring team effectiveness. Additionally, the Sr. Team Building Associate will work closely with various departments to create a dynamic and inclusive work environment that enhances productivity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills
• Proficiency in communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal relationship management
• Experience in designing and conducting training programs and workshops
• Data-driven problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate team outcomes
• Understanding of organizational behavior and change management
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Bio Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Previous experience in team leadership or facilitation roles, preferably in a skill development, team coordination
• Commitment to fostering growth, inclusivity, and collaboration in diverse teams
• Knowledge of socio-economic trends and their impact on community and workforce development is highly desirable
