Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for roles across functions (Non-tech-80%, Tech-20%).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels (Networking, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Passive headhunting, etc.).
• Drive screening, coordination, feedback collection, and offer rollouts with speed and quality.
• Maintain up-to-date data and compliance on ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Build talent pipelines proactively for key positions.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What We&aposre Looking For

• 23 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth start-ups or e-commerce/consumer internet companies.
• Hands-on experience managing 56 roles simultaneously and closing roles independently.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with a sharp eye for talent and culture fit.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Kula/Lever/Sense or similar).
• High ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity.

Good to Have

• Understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
• Prior experience in hiring for design, marketing, or category roles is a plus.
