Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end hiring for roles across functions (Non-tech-80%, Tech-20%). Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles. Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels (Networking, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Passive headhunting, etc.). Drive screening, coordination, feedback collection, and offer rollouts with speed and quality. Maintain up-to-date data and compliance on ATS and recruitment trackers. Build talent pipelines proactively for key positions. Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. What We&aposre Looking For 23 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth start-ups or e-commerce/consumer internet companies. Hands-on experience managing 56 roles simultaneously and closing roles independently. Strong sourcing and screening skills with a sharp eye for talent and culture fit. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with ATS tools (Kula/Lever/Sense or similar). High ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity. Good to Have Understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies. Prior experience in hiring for design, marketing, or category roles is a plus.
