Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to
both IT and Non-IT hiring
.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
