    • Account Manager
    • Sales Manager
    • Change Manager
    • Business Analyst
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to

    both IT and Non-IT hiring

    .
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
