Role Overview: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive for Product Hiring at Uplers, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent across Tech and Non-Tech domains. Your expertise and agility in both Tech and Non-Tech hiring will be essential to drive exceptional results in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tech & Non-Tech roles for product-based clients. - Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals and develop actionable hiring strategies. - Utilize data and analytics to monitor the activities of the Hiring Team and attract the right candidates. - Employ Boolean search, GitHub/X-ray sourcing, and talent databases to identify the best-fit candidates. - Devise strategies focused on sourcing talents aligned with product-company expectations. - Manage candidate pipelines through ATS, ensuring timely updates, structured feedback, and clean data. - Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring and niche roles. - Ensure a smooth candidate experience through consistent follow-ups and transparent communication. - Take ownership of the Talent Experience and Sourcing to optimize the hiring funnel. - Be open to traveling to Uplers offices Pan India on an ad-hoc basis as required. - Stay updated on industry hiring trends, evolving skill demands, and changing expectations of product-company talent. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of recruitment experience across Tech and Non-Tech functions. - Prior experience in product-company hiring or tech-focused recruitment agencies. - Strong understanding of technical stacks and business roles. - Proficiency in Boolean search and modern sourcing tools. - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from hiring metrics. - Proactive attitude with an eye for detail and candidate quality.
