Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive (Non Tech)

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at our technology and innovation company in the fintech space, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent for Non Tech roles such as sales and support positions across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end non tech recruitment within stipulated timelines and building a talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets. - Utilizing your deep recruiting expertise to attract top talent with the required skill sets for inside sales hiring, field sales hiring, and customer support functions. - Planning interview and selection procedures, which includes screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. - Working effectively on your own as a high-impact individual contributor. To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Experience in Non Tech hiring, specifically in sales support staff and field executives. BPO Recruitment experience is considered an added advantage. - Previous experience in bulk recruitment. - Ability to define and execute various interview techniques and evaluation methods tailored to different roles. - Demonstrating a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and understanding its impact on the company's success. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - This role requires you to work from the office exclusively.
