Job Description

Inventory and stock management:
Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of all civil materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including physical stock verification.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate reordering to prevent stockouts.
Record-keeping and reporting:
Record daily material consumption and prepare reports like Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Maintain all store-related documents and prepare management information system (MIS) reports.
Support internal audits related to store management.
Operational management:
Ensure materials are issued correctly to projects and departments as per approved indent or issue slips.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store and warehouse areas.
Manage the disposal of scrap and waste according to regulations.
Coordination and communication:
Liaise with the purchase department for low stock or overstock items.
Communicate with project managers and other user departments to ensure their material needs are met.
Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of goods and clearance of bills.
Team and compliance management:
Supervise and guide a store team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
