*Key Responsibilities:*

a. Managing the front desk with a warm, welcoming and presentable approach.

b. Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them with product information.

c. Handling customer queries, concerns, and billing support when required.

d. Ensuring the store floor and front desk always look neat and well maintained.

e. Coordinating with store teams for smooth daily operations.

f. Supporting basic store management activities such as product display checks and customer flow handling.

*Qualifications and Skills:*

a. Experience in front desk, reception, retail store advisory, or supermarket management.

b. Strong communication skills with good spoken English.

c. Polite, presentable and customer centric attitude.

d. Prior experience in FMCG or retail industry is an added advantage.

e. Ability to handle fast paced store interactions with professionalism.
