Brand Promoter (Sales Associate - Bags & Accessories)

Job Summary:

The Brand Promoter (Bags & Accessories) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor. This role requires a strong understanding of product features and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.

Job Location

Work Experience:

Salary- 12,000/- to 18,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales:

Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations and styling suggestions on bags and accessories.
Explain product features, quality, and benefits to facilitate the purchasing decision.
Cross-sell and upsell related products to enhance the customer's experience and increase sales.
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.

Store Operations:

Maintain the sales floor's appearance, ensuring products are organized, neatly displayed, and align with visual merchandising standards.
Stay informed about current sales, promotions, store policies, and new product arrivals.
Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration & Brand Representation:

Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and achieve store objectives.
Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
