Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead post-silicon validation and ATE characterization for silicon devices
Develop and debug ATE test programs for characterization, qualification, and production ramp-up
Work closely with design and DFT teams to define test coverage and validation strategies
Analyze silicon test data to identify functional, parametric, yield, or corner case issues
Own and drive silicon debug and root cause analysis of test failures
Define and implement test cost optimization strategies such as multisite, parallel test, and retest
Collaborate with OSATs and vendors for loadboard, probe card, and socket development
Define test limits, corner conditions, and environmental test conditions including HTOL, AC/DC, and ESD
Support and lead qualification testing such as HTOL, HAST, and Temp Cycling
Ensure correlation between ATE and bench/lab measurements
