Sr. Specialist, Technical Sales

Job Title

• Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to demonstrate products/services and address client needs
• Provide technical expertise to support aggressive selling goals and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare moderately complex technical proposals and presentations for sales teams to assist in securing business
• Identify and analyze customer/client needs to develop strategies that competitively meet those needs
• Advise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products/services to align with client objectives
• Develop and execute trainings utilizing technical expertise to enhance customer understanding of products
• Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and inquiries to maintain engagement and facilitate decision-making
• Manage external competitive pressures and objections to retain customers and enhance sales effectiveness
