Sr. Specialist- Group Operation NB/ Endorsement Issuance-PHI

Your typical week might include the following.

• Required to have understanding about NB issuance and Endorsement processing
• Required to have knowledge of group products (including their features and technicalities) and operational processes to ensure a smooth flow of overall operational activities.
• Monitor issuance of overall Group New Business and Endorsement to drive operational excellence across all lines of business issuance handling activities.
• Conduct ongoing reviews and enhancements of process flows to improve team productivity
• Responsibilities include managing the group operations BAU, timely report submission (e.g., Issuance/Endorsement TAT reports), and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory rules and regulations.
• Participate in and coordinate projects related to group business.
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure BAU activities are carried out efficiently and within turnaround times.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Work with internal and external teams/stakeholders to fulfill customer needs and resolve customer complaints/incidents.
• Lead vertical projects and ensure smooth and timely implementation.
• This role requires a comprehensive understanding of risk analysis, the ability to analyze data, and make informed decisions.
• Ensure appropriate measures and controls are in place to prevent operational leakages and manage fraud effectively.
• Master four mandatory areas: subject matter expertise, high digital quotient, financial reconciliation, and data analytics.
• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate across business units to provide operational input into business decisions and budgeting processes
