Sr. Solutions Analyst, Oracle Cloud ERP

You will be joining Oceaneering India Center, which has been an integral part of Oceaneering's operations across the globe since 2003. The center caters to various business needs, including oil and gas field infrastructure, subsea robotics, automated material handling & logistics, Subsea Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Control Systems, Software Development, Asset Integrity Management, Inspection, ROV operations, Field Network Management, Graphics Design & Animation, and more. Additionally, it hosts crucial business functions like Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Information Technology (IT), Human Resources (HR), and Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE). Your role as a Senior IT Solution Analyst at Oceaneering will involve: - Leading the configuration, maintenance, extension, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP, focusing on the Financial modules. - Providing expert guidance and support during the design, development, and deployment phases of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with other business processes and systems. - Analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. - Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, functional specifications, and user training materials. - Identifying issues, limitations, and deficiencies in the custom application configuration and providing recommendations to management. - Ensuring effective organizational change management including training, communications, and organizational alignment. - Staying updated on industry trends and Oracle Cloud ERP updates to keep solutions cutting-edge and competitive. - Mentoring and providing functional and technical leadership to other team members. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - 5+ years of ERP experience with a large and global organization. - 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, focusing on Financial modules. - Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle Cloud ERP projects. - Strong understanding of financial processes, business acumen, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desired qualifications include relevant Oracle Cloud ERP certifications, Oracle PeopleSoft, and Oracle EPM knowledge. This position does not involve direct supervisory responsibilities and will report directly to the Manager for Financial Solutions. Please note that this position is part of an ERP transformation journey from Oracle PeopleSoft to Cloud ERP and is Hybrid - Remote. Commuting to a designated office may be required, and travel both domestically and internationally may be necessary based on business needs.
